Brochure: "Style in the heart of Phoenix" Circa 1983
In 1959, Windsor Place was built as an upscale apartment community for visiting guests of the Phoenix Country Club. It was called Frontier Gardens. In 1983, a California corporation known as Coam purchased the community and renovated the homes. Coam then sold them individually, as 167 privately owned condominiums.
Keeping in step with the increasing demand for contemporary living in Central Phoenix, another exciting era of revitalization began in the early 2010's. In the past few years, Windsor Place has undergone some of the most progressive transitions since the early eighties.
Working on behalf of the Windsor Place Association, the Windsor Place management team is dedicated to providing residents with support and resources to continue the ongoing revival of this classic Midtown Phoenix community.
